Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- A request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.

- Electrical or electronic components (e.g., sensors, ECUs)
- Special order or clearance items
- Installed or modified parts
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@chevyspareparts.shop with your order number and issue.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a part for the correct model or size, please contact us before returning the original item.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, take clear photos and email them to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
